Hi everyone,
I'm currently training for a 10k race for life in July. Does anyone have any tips on maintaining blood sugars before during and after running? Best things to eat/drink, how to adjust insulin etc.
General tips would also be greatly appreciated as I am NOT a runner, can just about manage to run a bath...
