As for breakfast
How about eggs, or bacon or eggs AND bacon, or cheese, or salami, or German breakfast without any bread?
Ps Scramled eggs in the microwave take as little time to do as to write out these instructions( for a dodgy typist)
2 eggs, break into pyrex bowl, break up with fork. Microwave full power 30 seconds. Add generous knob of butter and whisk. Microwave a further 45 seconds, remove from microwave and whisk until desired "doneness", using residual heat.
Season and EAT.
