At 77 realising another 77 years is a bit much to hope for!!

SO, considering round world trip before too late!!

BUT How would I do formedications ( below ) in South Africa, India, Singapore, Australia, and Vancouver?

I know I can get perhaps 2 months supply afore I go, but then What?

Anybody done it?

Medications:-

Metformin tablets
Gliclazide tablets
Lantus insulin pens
meter accoutrements and needles for pens.

It could also be helpful for readers to understand how long you might anticipate the trip actually lasting.
