Travel insurance with Diabetes

I have type 3c Diabetes and a brother & sister in the states. Last year I had a total pancreatectomy, with gallbladder removed simultaneously, does anyone have any recommendations as to travel insurance companies that specialise in travel and diabetes. I’m relatively young at 53, and aside from diabetes and no pancreas or gall bladder in reasonable health..
 
I use AllClear for travel insurance.
Diabetes UK (the charity, nothing to do with this forum) have had special offers with them
They are not cheap but cone with peace of mind covering pre existing conditions like diabetes
They have a good reputation for support if you need to claim
