Sorry if this has been asked before.

Where is the best place to get travel insurance for someone with type 1 diabetes?

Diabetes UK.. You can choose one of 3 levels of cover I think from memory! My hubby is Type 1 with under-active thyroid and we got insurance for under £50! I got loads of quotes from various insurance company's and all were nearly double which is appalling! Peace of mind arranging through Diabetes UK too - booking it online was really easy! Hope this helps..

Still getting to grips with it all as daughter only recently diagnosed and this will be our first trip away.
