Hi wondering if anybody can help.

My daughter is 18 and will be working abroad next summer for 8 months in a single location likely to be Greece. She uses Novarapid insulin, a Omnipod 5 and a dexcom.

Does anybody know the best way of ensuring she has access to insulin and possibly the omnipod and dexcom.

All advice would be much appreciated.

Thank you

When I did Uni placements abroad I spoke to my doctor and took a large-ish quantity of supplies with me (3-4 month's worth iirc), I'd then restock when I popped home (or have stuff that was not temperature sensitive posted over - e.g. blood test strips back in those days).

If she's planning to come home then I'd suggest doing this, if not I'll let others answer about the availability of supplies and whether there are any reciprocal agreements with the NHS.
