I've used the frio wallets for storing back up pens and insulin.

I usually had the pod swabbed by security and there was no problem going through the arch.

I was advised by my team not to let the PDM go through the x-ray. I showed my hospital letter and walked through arch with PDM and they swabbed that as well.

This was 4 years ago, so the advice may be different now. Hopefully someone else who's currently using the omnipod will be able to help you out more.
 
Thanks everyone for the advise can you tell me where you get the frio wallets from i can then use it for pens and insulin
