hi, has anyone tried Mattessons Fridge Raiders. They seem really low carb with high protein. Wondering if they would do for an occasional nibble.
Thanks.

I wouldn't myself.. the ingredients list for the chicken onesScreenshot 2019-06-15 at 16.25.27.png

Just cook up a batch of chicken breasts then slice into strips no nasty ingredients just chicken..
probably work out cheaper too... those babies are £21 per kilo!

I did once when I was away and needed something - no impact on my levels, but I'd rather just have chicken strips! Just wasn't in a position to cook them though!

It is the oils (soya bean, Cotton seed and Sunflower seed) that would put me off. And that is apart from the wheat flour, the Tapioca starch and the Dextrose. Each to their own but I find a slice of real ham and a piece of cheese does the trick for a low carb nutritious snack.
