Tresiba penfill compatible pens

Hey everyone I hope I can get some help a friend get me 5 packets of tresiba penfill from abroad since I'm running out and it's not longer available in my country my question is i was planning to order novopen 5 from AliExpress but I'm worried from ordering medical stuff from there is it safe so I decided also at the same time to ask in local fb groups if someone can give me a pen a nice lady offered an novopen echo but I did a quick Google search it says I can use it only with novopen or echo plus not the normal echo but in some forums I've seen people say it work with the echo non plus ( chatgpt also said it won't work with the normal echo when I told it that people ay it work he say yes)I hope someone clarify things for me cause I'm really confused and sorry I want good at English class I've learnt at home so I just be able to communicate

All Novopens will work with Tresiba penfills!
