I changed to it from lantus. I feel much better - lantus made my muscles ache - but tresiba is very inflexible

Hi it was great for me. If I fast I flat line at 5. My issues are always around carb counting and getting that right. It takes a couple of days to settle.

I have been on Tresiba for a while. Took a while to get my dosage correct but I am finding very straight lines 80% of the time, depending on what food I eat for tea 
. I never worried about changing over as I have lost count of how many different insulins I have used over 46 years
