People who moan about their life/heath and don't help themselves!
I am getting married at the end of February and am cycling in the French Alps in June and have been trying to lose weight with a low carb diet for both events. I've seen a slight difference in body shape but am still hanging on to a spare tyre. This is still with playing badminton once a week for an hour, 45 mins a week Watt Bike (extreme spinning) training, an hour in the gym and I can cycle anywhere from 30 miles to 80 miles over the weekend. What more do I need to do?!

I'm 6ft 1" and approx 14stone. My usual daily diet is cereal, fruit, soup and en evening meal of meat and veg all with as little carbs as possible. Please help :)

If you don't need to actually lose any weight but your stomach needs toning then you should concentrate on working that set of muscles. If you need to lose weight/fat then you just need to eat smaller portions. Exercise is great for general health but not so great for weight loss unless combined with lower calorie diet. Perhaps keep a food diary for a week or so and see if there are any additional calories you can cut ? MyFitnessPal is a good app that will track your diet and exercise and is free if that will help.

As a very low carber, losing weight, cereal do not even enter my home. Fruit..... berries are ok. Bananas and grapes are the worst. I used to eat a banana a day, but haven't touched them in about 18 months. Don't really miss them either.
