Tuna and cheese sandwich?

Yes tuna and cheese is great but instead of a sandwich spread I eat it as a dip with celery.

Instead of mayo, I mix the tuna with Edamame Hummus and put in the addicting Sriracha Hot Chili sauce - not sure if they have it in the UK

Does anyone know where you can get "liquid egg whites in the UK". I see them advertised alot in the US food diaries etc.

I do have the odd yolk but when eating as healthy as i can i prefer more whites as the majority of the fat and cholesterol building ingredients are in the yolk. (The tastiest bit)
