I've been given a v large turkey frozen. Trouble is it won't fit in the bottom drawer of my fridge freezer. It will if I remove the drawer. Is this ok to do does anyone know?

Can't see there being a problem with this as long as you can shut the door. If it was a chest freezer it wouldn't be in a drawer.

Removing the drawer is fine, I thought you were going to say it wouldn't fit in your oven :)

Thankyou. I just was a bit concerned as its sitting on the coil thingy but I've put it sideways and there is plenty of air room circulating and the door shuts easily. Its only till next Wed.

My old fridge freezer didn't have a basket at the top, so you put the food on the shelf which had the coil within it.

Yes as long as it hasn't started to thaw
