Any benefits to using this , seen a few bits saying its good for "the diabetes "

No idea. I read the same things, but I do keto and all that.... Still, I use it almost daily in the kitchen, just to be on the safe side. (And I kind of got hooked on the taste anyway)

No evidence, that I have seen, that it does any harm. Some evidence that cinnamon has a slight beneficial affect.

The standard turmeric is only good for cooking. To use turmeric for health take a tablet that has curcumin added that helps it absorb into the bloodstream

fresh turmeric is delicious worth hunting down.
makes things very orange though.

Well, I am using it to reduce chronic inflammation (especially arthritis)
- and it seems to be helping quite a bit.

Not a clue about it helping with diabetes though.

I take Turmeric and cinnamon as I have arthritis and they are both anti inflammatory, if they are contributing to my stable blood sugars too then Brucie bonus!
