Has anyone tried the above tea? It’s a blend of spiced apple & vanilla with camomile and passionflower. My wife suggest I try it to relax, if I drink it going to bed I wake up with a normal blood glucose reading. If I don’t have it my readings are at least 2 points higher.

Am I imagining this or is it a coincidence? Someone else please try if and let me know how you get on.

People who think they know everything.
Yes, love it!! I drink a cup of it every evening (sometimes two cups). But, nope, it doesn't have any affect on my BG whatsoever either at the time of drinking it or the following morning.

Chamomile apigenin is a great help in blood glucose management, apparently.....
