Two hours after meals!

Good morning

This is probably a very simple and niaive question but should the "2 hours after meals" be taken from starting the meal or finishing the meal or doesn't it matter?

Depends on how quick you gobble your meal down ! LOL

I guess it varies from person to person and I always look at the clock when I've finished my grub and count 2 hours from then.

I was told to test 2 hours after the start of a meal.

I was always told to check 2 hours after injecting - it then depends on whether you inject before, during or after food when the 2 hour mark is.

I've usually finished within 5 minutes (Burp!) so it works for me that way lol
