Does anyone gets restless legs, aching, twitching feeling the need to stretch all the time drives me mad

I used to get RLS many years ago but it has cleared up. I don't remember when or why, but I'm glad it's gone.

have been prone to it over the years -- when I get it I just either go for a walk at night or go to bed.
fortunately it is not that often

My husband has T1 and gets it sometimes. We asked his doctor about it and she says it's nothing to worry about as he's only been diabetic for just over 6 weeks. She reckons it's due to walking/exercise

:)

Did do... Had two better nights than I have had in past 15 years due to getting rid of "sweeteners" totally since Tuesday night...

Slept wholly better.

Used to get pulling feelings in legs from thighs to knees. Have had this for years. Had so many tests, wrong diagnosis of - fibromyalgia, diabetic amyotrophy, neuropathy, RLS..the list is endless and all proved negative in the end after tests...had horrendous qty medicines that never worked and sent me off my trolly at times!!

Stopped all sweeteners Tuesday night. Tonight.. Leg pains are pretty much zero... i hope by this time next week they will be gone...last night I actually woke up at 4am wide awake, no pain and got out of bed for an hour... Just a week ago I couldn't feel my legs to move them in the night due to lead feelings... Yet when asleep they would wake me up in pain.. Just from thighs (bum) to knees...

Have checked every single ingredient in food, stopped my "sugar free chewing gum" and tonight is amazing...

Can't wait to go to bed tonight whereas normally I dread it...
