hi im interested in buying some books regarding managing blood sugars is there any that anyone can recommend?.

Think like a pancreas has become my Bible on the subject.

Second the Think Like a Pancreas recommendation, it's a great book.

There's a rumour going around that suggests. Think like a pancreas might be worth a read.:):):):):):):)

Dr Bernstein's Diabetes Solution is a huge tome containing every aspect of managing with both types 1 and 2 The author was diagnosed aged 12 and is living proof of the success of his methods. Originally published in 1997 the book is on its 4th revised and updated edition

I second this book

@static192 I definitely agree with the recommendations for Think Like a Pancreas, but also "Sugar Surfing" by Stephen Ponder. Perhaps tailored more towards CGM, but definitely worth a read in my opinion
