My parents say that i am a very deep person who only talks when i hit rock bottom and they are right. I have my 2 children who live with me so i am a good actor as well but a least once a month i see someone from the mental health team and just talk about how i have felt, i find it more easy to talk to someone who is not connected to my family. Please seek help and do not let it get any worse, if you would like to talk to me just drop me a line and i will listen. good luck</p></blockquote><p></p>
