Sometimes it can all get on top of us, and we just want a day off! This often happens when BG’s not behaving well, or when we’re stressed.
How long is it since these feelings started, or have you always felt like this about T1?

@Juicyj suggests (an alternative is to count steadily to 5 while inhaling and again while exhaling), doing something you enjoy that demands your complete attention takes your mind to a different place.
The tech available now that lets us follow BG minute by minute can also mean that it’s always in your face and on your mind.
Have a day off? Test if you feel too high or too low - and before driving of course - but apart from that have a day, or two, when you give yourself a (sensible) break?
And see a film, listen to some good music, see a bit of wildlife, dance, or whatever makes you happy.
