Type 1 Diabetes Forums

Yes, this one. There is a section exclusively for T1's, although others can post.

T2's have their own section too lol ! To be honest, I don't stick with the T1 section as I think we should all stick together but I was just answering a question ;-)

Does anyone know of a good forum exclusively for Type 1s?

Don't know of any UK based forums that deal with just type 1's, a Google search might say otherwise mind. I agree with Mo, there's a good type 1 section on this forum and plenty experienced members to answer any questions you may have, weekends can be quiet on the forum so often you get more replies during the week if you post.

Anyway us T2s don't bite (much)
or get yourself on a DAFNE course, their forum is restricted to T1 grads neccesarily

I agree that the T1 section here is brilliant. I also visit the T2 section. There are differences in treatment and approach between T1 and T2 but there are so many similarities on complications, troubles, worries, coping etc. We are all members of the same club
