Hi there I’m a 20 year old type 1 diabetic I usually take my lantus at 10pm, however the clocks have went back so 10pm would be 11pm in usual time is it okay for me to take my lantus an hour late?

Lantus rarely last a full 24 hours.
I now use a pump but used Lantus for about 12 years. During that time, I found Lantus was flexible enough to adjust the time of the dose by a couple of hours either way. So, when the clocks change, I had no trouble dosing Lantus at the same time on the clocks.

Thank you

Shouldn't be a problem, I cope with a 2 hour shift twice a year when we go abroad on holiday and it doesn't seem to affect me.
