Hi all, currently on 4-5 injections daily and looking for advixe on alternative injection sitea.

Currently inject in arm before breakfast,abdomen for lunch & dinner and buttocks for basal injection.

Cannot inject in thigh as have relatively muscly legs and always bruise/hit blood vessels

You are using rapid. Correct?
I'm employing R+N therapy -- 2 combined injections per day.
Need to adjust eating/cooking habits to accommodate, of course --> low-GI diet.

Law of small numbers.
Nothing moves too fast... up or down.
No roller coaster... if maintaining a lowGI diet and properly matching net-carbs to insulin.
Once dialed-in, need only a few corrections per year.... during cold/flu episodes.
last A1c = 4.8 (29)
