Type 1: Haribos causing a problem

My 10yr old went back to school today after 2 weeks off. I went in at lunchtime all going well. When I went to collect him he came out clutching haribos. It was someone's birthday and they had been given out. He was so upset that I wouldn't let him eat them. I looked at the tiny packet but just can't figure out the carbs. I don't think they are worth having an injection for. Does anyone know?
