Just had a awful appointment at the consultant my hba1c is 92 sugar levels high constantly got to change things all over again x
 
Oh dear! Did you have any idea it would be so high or was it a complete shock?

Have you been trying your best to keep your BGs at a reasonable level or have you been letting things slip?

Hopefully your clinic has given you suggestions of what you should try. Have you been on a DAFNE course?

There's always someone here to answer questions.
 
This was me 18 months ago do I know how awful seeing that number is. Was your previous result in range?

What advice were you given? Do you see your diabetic specialist nurse on a regular basis?

You can get this number down but you'll need to look at what's caused it to rise.

I hope the changes help. I know you said your BS was constantly high, but is there anything in particular that you're struggling with eg after meal spikes, Dawn Phenomenon, etc?

it is not great news to get a high HBa1c reading from your health care team.

the big positive is that you told us on here and there are loads of us to help in any way that we can.

try to keep positive , take small steps , keep posting here
