Hello y'all.

I'm a t1 and am just now getting to the complications with my diabetes. I have noticed that when I go to bed my blood sugars resemble some normalcy. However when I wake up I'm about 100 points higher than I was when I slept. Is there a reason for this or am I doing something wrong. As always thanks for the help.

Read about dawn phenomenon and see if that makes sense to you.

Do a basal test to check if your basal is correct. If it is, then these highs may be dawn phenomenon or a 'waking rise'.
