Bumping for you @Sallu

In the meantime, do ask for help from members here. Tell us a little more about your problems. What insulin do you take? Do you count carbohydrates?

I use novorapid and tresiba yeah I sortof do! Though it's lil difficult most of the time! Evn Low carb food spikes my blood glucose levels too

I always say this but counting carbs and adjusting your insulin to match is crucial for good control. I don't know if you've been able to do any carb counting courses to help you?

If you're getting after-meal,spikes, then you might want to look at having your pre-meal Novorapid a little earlier. That gives it a chance to get working and reduce any spike. If you try this, be cautious and move it 5 mins at a time, testing lots. It will also help if you eat exactly the same meals when you're doing this as that will remove one variable.

If you'd like a book Think Like A Pancreas is a great one and very popular here.

Nice to hear from you again. Do keep asking questions. Even though you've not had a response from Dubai, lots of people here can offer advice if you'd like it : )

Hi @Sallu Welcome to the forum, we have members from all over the world so the forum is really an international site

Can you tell us more about what your struggles are and what sort of diet you have ?

I inject for low carb meals too - your body is pretty clever at converting any incoming food into sugar, so it is trial and error, however I require less insulin, so less room for error which makes it easier for me to manage, exercise is hugely beneficial - are you doing much ? Great book recommended by @azure - knowledge is power with becoming an expert at managing your type 1. We are all here to help so ask away
