Hi. Is there anyone who can recommend a good book with meals, recipes, rules for following a the keto diet successfully. My aims are to lose approx 21lbs and lower HbA1C (currently 58). I use an insulin pump. I'd be particularly interested in how to bolus on a keto diet. Many thanks

There is a youtube channel called Headbanger's Kitchen the guy follows a keto diet recipes are easy and tasty.
