I have just started running,,I’m doing around 5 mile,,Can anyone tell me why my glucose levels are dropping so low within the first 20 minutes of the run I’ve gone when it’s above 6,8 &. 11 and it’s done it every time I’ve carbed up before run and I’ve taken less insulin before run and still happens dnt knw what I can do

Do you drink water during your run?
Have you tried drinking something with sugar during your run like juice?

Have you tried familiarising your body with the run? Building up the distance slowly rather than going out for 5 miles in one go?

Run before breakfast on just long-acting insulin. I find running after short-acting means I have to eat before running and while running even if I've reduced my background insulin and halved my short-acting. It's just I'm insulin sensitive later in the day.
