Type 1 Type 1 worrying problem

Hi i have been diagnosed with type 1 for about 3 months now. So far i've only been able to see a professional once and not due another appointment until late august! Which am not impressed with. However the problem is i am getting what seems to be some sort of arthritis in my hands and elbows. Especially my fingers. Should i be concerned? My blood glucose levels are fine and i check them often. Am 31 years old, feeling abit lost :-B

I personally haven't had this before & I've had diabetes for 16 years.

If you are worried I would suggest going to see your GP and maybe they can offer some medical advise.
