Type 1: Would you trust your OH whole heartidly with managing your Diabetes for a day?

In the last few with the OH has started to do all the maths on the carb counts so I just need to bring in the ratios and corrections and we are done.

That said I think her confidence would stop her from doing that side of things given the risks if she got it wrong on the high side. Baby steps, it is after all my diabetes but I am every thankful for the help she does give :)

I wouldn't last the day with my husband in charge of my diabetes! I'm on mdi, and been t1 for over 50 years, but my poor husband, who I met 15 years ago, has got the worst needle phobia on the planet, and would happily drive me to A&E to get them to inject me (if I'd broken both my arms or such a catastrophe!)
He's good at cooking and working out what I usually eat, but that's where it stops, so I take care of the sharp stuff!
