Hello, I'm trying to control my blood sugar at night, i cant seem to figure out what to do. No matter how I put it, it always rises to 350-400+. Are there any tips?
 
Hi @YBouras and welcome to the forums. Can I ask what sort of insulin regime you are on, how long you have been diabetic and what sort of testing equipment you have? Do you have access to a cgm?
 
And also when/what are you eating in the second half of the day and what insulin doses are you taking?
