You beat me to it! I call it aspidistra too, although I’ve never used it. I do however have one that was split from my great great grandmother’s plant, so it’s well over a century old...

Well done on the MiaoMiao order, @Knikki - should be with you in ten days or so. What phone are you going to be using it with?

I had a steady night, until around five when my low alarm went off. 3.8, so too two dextabs, stopped my insulin for half an hour and read because I couldn’t get back to sleep. Steadied into the sixes, bit now in the 7s, so have corrected to bring it back down. Shoulders and neck really stiff from the work yesterday, which is fun. Not. Lunch with my friend followed by more pump training, where they’ll tell us how to do new basal programmes and extended bolusing. I’ve been doing these things already, but a little extra info never hurts.

Etch-a-Sketch had me at 98% in range for the last 24, this morning’s little blip killed that before I hit the magic 100...
 
Good morning y'all, I slept in, woke at 4.1 and dropped to 3.8 while I ate 3 Dextrotabs... It was at 7 at 6.30am as I checked.

The joys and I ache a bit today so a late start but I'm not moaning as that was an ok sleep in
 
Morning everyone,

Went a bit hypoey late yesterday afternoon, and it stayed that way for a few hours, so I woke up in the 6s about 2am, and pushed that down, but had trouble getting back to sleep.

Reduced the day time Levemir dose back to 5, where it was before.

This feels like a bit of a repeated cycle, and that I'm about to go round the same circuit all over again, but we'll see.

Well woke to a 6.6, usual breakfast and Fiasp. All going swimmingly....just scanned my Libre and 17.6 GRRRRR!!! Not got a clue why, checked my Timesulin and that was correct for my 7:15 bolus so I KNOW I did jab myself. Just done an air shot with my pen and that's working.....oh the joys of the T1D life lol
Anyway.....GOOD MORNING to the T1D army

Well just went off and found them on YouTube and I'll certainly never see or listen to Nivana or Elvis in the same light again actually not bad and certainly and enegetic performance
 

Will have to agree with you on Elvana. I can NEVER unhear or UNSEE that lol

I’ve got a spreadsheet with all my basal profiles that I’ve tried, plus the date so I can cross reference with my traces. Once a scientist... I’ve got a spare pod in my bag, complete with 10ml vial of insulin and a couple of half unit syringes, so if I get a catastrophic failure I can still shoot up. I’ve never actually injected myself with a syringe before, so that’ll be a learning experience. Saves carrying a pen around and wasting it after a month.

Just at the diabetes clinic waiting for my “advanced pump training” session, there are a frightening number of amputees here Seven that I can see, I’m assuming it’s a special clinic this afternoon.
 
@Mel dCP I knew you would have all the info stored somewhere . That is worrying with all the amputees at the diabetic clinic. Thats what happens when you don't look after yourself very well!!!

It didn't go well, no call, panicking and in the end I went up the Job Centre by bus. I have written, in length about The Horror's of Universal Credit on the Benefit's section. So upset about what happened today.
