Thank you @Scott-C, for that type of movie I would have to give a bolus dose plus up my basal rate !!Popped in to see an early showing of that new Nicole Kidman movie Destroyer earlier today. She's an undercover cop infiltrating a group of bank robbers and it all goes very very wrong. Very dark movie, no happy Hollywood endings, well worth a watch. I'm not up to speed with her filmography, but it's a brave bit of glamming down instead of glamming up. Kinda like Charlize Theron in Monster.
Fancied a change from my usual tub of Haagen Dazs. Sweet popcorn is just a bit too heavy going on the carb front, even for a non-low carber like me, and the salt one is just too salty, but the cinema had bags of Joe & Sephs gourmet popcorn, hadn't seen them before, so thought I'd treat myself to one of those, Mature Cheddar Cheese flavour.
Only about 17g per pouch compared to 40 or so for the caramel ones.
Four quid so a bit of a pocket hit, but, hey, it's the movies and they scored pretty highly on the nom nom scale.
Having a browse through their product list just now. An eclectic mix! Prosseco, camembert, marmite, goats cheese, gin and tonic, truffle etc. etc.

Morning all

Hey @karen8967 you'll have to have a word with your pygmies or do you give them the day off on Sunday?
Morning fairygodmotherMorning Knikki, morning Karen.
I’ve a new morning and night time ritual: put on dressing gown and baffies and blow on my lentils
The low carb police have not made it to my kitchen. There's two sourdough loaves cooling on the rack and one more in the oven.
Meanwhile I am waiting for the steam to clear from the morning showers so I can finish painting the ceiling from last weekend.
I have a question for the ornithologists. My understanding was robins were territorial. However, I have been seeing 2, 3 and some times more close together. Is this family, a robin peace commune or is my limited birdie knowledge wrong?

New invention - a carb detector in the kitchen, set for low, medium or high settings. The low carb police have not made it to my kitchen. There's two sourdough loaves cooling on the rack and one more in the oven.
