There is still a small stress-related rise, but as I am far more insulin sensitive in the evenings, and had walked both to and from work, with a good 7000 steps at work, it was a less marked rise than in the mornings.I also got very excited as I have been booked for a wedding of one of the youth club youngsters I worked with about ten years ago! Which means a return visit to somewhere I've been reluctant to return to, but if my memory serves me correctly a most lovely organ to play for the occasion! (Long story, but the good digital organ was meant to be removed from one church to be put in another where the organ was on its last puff of breath is what was intended to happen before I left the area when plans were in progress. I'm sure that's what I saw when I went to a funeral in this church five years ago, but didn't have the opportunity to look closely at the time.)</blockquote>
