Type 2 and cycling

Hi all, I've just joined this forum and I'm looking for advice.

I do road cycling of up to 160km's per day. I use various drinks to supplement my food needs along the ride. However they are filled with lots of sugar. Now that my blood sugar is under control I am rethinking my options. I use Infinit which is pure liquid and fuels me for all of my rides. Do you have recommendations whereby I can use an alternative with no sugar/no added sugar etc.?

Ride fasted with no supplements apart from some fat maybe.. pork scratchings?
One of the 2ketodudes Richard Morris often does 100k plus rides fasted.
