If someone has a previous history of gangrene, years before diagnosis, are problems, specifically related to feet, more threatening?

Hi @estrella75 and welcome to the forum.
I cannot answer your question but I would think if you have good control of your diabetes, no indication of Peripheral Artery Disease and are seen regularly by your HCT then they would be able to pick up any problems early. I think this is a question that you need to pose to your Doctor.
