Type 2 and insulin

I follow this guy and I tried this a few months ago with my father. It worked.

Is'nt T2D a different illness to T1D? T2D's produce too much insulin hence the need to cut carbs. It must be very difficult for a T2D to control their Hba1c and be a vegetarian! regards Derek

Thanks for the anti-meat propaganda. I bet Dr Gregor would be surprised to know that my blood glucose levels are quite normal now on an all-animal food diet.
