Type 2 : Born too soon -medical advances!

My mum took anti-deoressants whilst she was pregnant with me. I've never taken them but I've been referred for a bit support so I'm not sure what will be suggested.
Is this to do with the wls? As they like to assess people's mental health before the surgery to make sure that they can cope afterward.

I am type 1 and my daughter had to be delivered at 33 weeks, for my child, diabetes is often at the back of my mind.
That is terrible to have to have that burden added to your health already, it has just struck me how emotional Diabetes is, not just plain physical.

Diabetes is what it is, we all deal with it, but with our kids, we always seem to worry about them.

ps I do like your user name, my old cat uses a lot of it :cat:

Not sure. I told dn that I'm having touches of depression like I had years ago, which caused me to resign from work but it was depression not the job. (Bad gp advise). Dn said common in people who are heavy on keeping their bgs good. Burn out, on its way? I'm not sure. I just know occasionally I just want to run away! Maybe the pressure of having to have op? Again, not sure.

I have found that trying to lower my bg levels is making me irritable and mood swings are terrible, perhaps this is normal though.

I think this will go away over time, when your body gets used to lower blood glucose....

if one is about to feel tired all the time and echausted and depressed, it is important to know that ones vitamin D is in normal levels right in the middle , and one can take a magnesium and strong vitamin b12 suplementation too....
