With my first ever reading of 7.2mmol, a1c of 6.5% my doctor went on to suggest I go on insulin as he said they were seeing good outcomes for newly diagnosed with a 6 month insulin treatment! I stumbled upon LCHF (Low Carb, High Fat), Intermittent fasting and haven't looked back, my sugars are normal, I have lost weight so it can all be reversed. I am new to this community, however everyone seems supportive and helpful, you will find guidance to help you in discovering more about type 2 and hopefully reversing it, because that is a real possibility!</p></blockquote><p></p>
