I have type 2 diabetes ,take oral medicine i do jogging regularly nearly 5k from last 1 year (nearly 5 times in a week) , tomorrow I saw some traces of blood during urination....can anyone suggest me plz what is the cause of it ?
 
You should see a doctor as soon as possible. Blood in the urine can signal significant problems.
 
See your GP, go directly to the GP, do not pass go, consider arriving at the GP at 8am tomorrow and refusing to leave until they have seen you. Its possible this is very bad, and if so, it needs quick action, your GP can get the test done to find out.
 
Actually blood traces comes only in morning after jogging 5k it does not come again ...my urine report says nothing it is normal doctor also say blood is coming due to your jogging and exercise but I am anxious...

If you are female and suffer with piles then I'm led to believe severe exercise can disturb them. Have you been previously diagnosed with piles and a female?
