If there are small clots on the left and right side of the brain for type 2 diabetes. What could it possibly mean/indicate?

Hello there Sandeep. I'm afraid your question isn't very clear. Could you give us a bit more information to go on.
 
Hi. I would not expect any brain blood clots to be associated with any form of diabetes unless it had been unmanaged for years and with very high blood sugar during that time. I would expect eye retinopathy and other symptoms to appear first.
