We can’t give medical advice or diagnose on the forum, we can share our personal experiences. Has this just started or is it a long term thing? Have you spoken to your GP about it?
I find sometimes speaking to my pharmacist is very helpful, they may be able to recommend some over the counter treatment.
Whatever you do don’t leave it too long to get some advice or have it looked at by your GP if it doesn’t sort itself
