Ok I've been diagnosed with type two
But I've never had any problems but I think I may no whats trjgared it I started vaping due to going through a messy divorce process to that I gad a health check at the gp
Getting the diagnosis was a shock more so the do not eat thus do mot eat that
I looked at monitoring this with out pricing my finger I've got the free trial of the libre 2
I know you can possibly get the accu read on prescription cheaper then buying every 14days but I've quit vaping as nicotine raises you blood count
But the constant do this attend that don't do this do that some time I feel well over whelmed they rested me when I was still vaping im glad I've stopped
Do I get them to check again begire putting me on metformin I gave changed my diet my way I dont do all that I've cut my sugar down alot and carbs but dont do seeds ir avocado's
