Type 2 Life

You can make a nice chocolate pud with Chua seeds

I've had some strange things for breakfast but never cauli cheese

Hi @Alzebra sorry to read about your interview, hope something comes along so you can escape your current one. It's really an awful place to be, not happy at work I find very difficult to cope with, just go into my shell, fortunately it has not happened too many times but once is enough. Good luck.
Good work with the BG's, that must make things a bit better when they come back good.
Phones: wondering if I should help Apple out of their pit of despair... though if I did get a smartie it would probably be a SamSung... but I must be one of the odd ones and only use my mobile as a phone!!!

Fasting blood glucose this morning at 5:00 am - 6.2.

Since having a can of tuna chunks in sunflower oil, ingested straight from the can - 6.4.

5.3 am
late night last night, work... early rise this morning.... bladder...
Measured my BP this morning on my Omron M2 Basic, which gave me 113/68, which is all desired, so happy with them.
Good walk yesterday, bit cooler but nice and bright... and no snow round here. Two sets of stretching exercises beginning to help movement on frozen shoulder.
@PenfoldAPD could eat Cauli cheese any time of the day, hot or cold or somewhere inbetween.
@ickihun hope the appointment goes well and you get what you want from it.

Morning all, it's sunny but cold at the moment. It's supposed to be wintry showers this afternoon so I'm going to pop into town this morning, hopefully we won't get hail or snow like yesterday! @liam1955 best of luck with the blood tests, hope you get the results you want. I got some chia seeds last week, so far I've tried them sprinkled on yoghurt but not much else. If you find any good recipes I could do with some inspiration

HTC M8 here and use it for pretty much everything including torch, watch & shopping list!!
be lost without it.....using it now...can keep up to date wherever I am

My Fasting BG was 7.5 this morning.

I was at the GPs this morning, he wants Bloods done so have a bloods appointment at 12 noon.

I haven't been sleeping and I am abnormally tired. I don't feel right at all. I ache with tiredness. This feels like flu but isn't flu.

Is it possible that the carbs I had on the weekend would have done this to me? I don't think so, but what do I know?

@mo53 - How is your back today? If you are still suffering pain, maybe you ought to see your GP and get checked

Thanks for the link @hankjam - going to try Brunnerias Chai Seed Pudding today and will let you know the outcome @Sable_Jan - Thanks
No probs. It's nice hot as it comes and if you set the rest in small dishes in the fridge it's gorgeous with extra thick squirty cream on top. No added sugar like the Low fat version (Anchor is what I use)

Sooooo many possible reasons. From flu to fibromyalgia and yes, I do believe from others who have been doing LCHF that they experience flu like symptoms if they have a carb binge (or when drastically dropping carbs for the first week or so). Hope you're soon feeling better

It's good you've got an appointment for bloods so quickly. Hope they help you know what is going on. Tiredness is really awful, feel for you. Hj
