Hello @maureen5752 - It seems that some of us are ready for the 'Kn**kers Yard"!!(No Offence intended to anyone).
Hello Karen , so sorry to hear about your mum. Big hugs love .x@13lizanne
Thanks Anna, I feel like shouting 'I'm home'.
Just had the Coroner's office on the phone, because it was so sudden (even though she was 91) there has to be a post-mortem. This will be carried out on Monday and we have to wait for the results before we can start making arrangements.
Surprisingly bloods are not too bad, all things considering. They are staying under 10 and down to the 5's at times. Must admit that I haven't been checking as regularly as I should. It's annoying though because I have my yearly review next month and I presume I'm not going to pass my MOT with flying colours, if I do I'll be on the look-out for flying pigs.
Karen xx
So sorry to hear of your mums passing sending massive hugs your way Karen.Hi everyone, hope you're all doing well. It's good to be back but it'll take me yonks to catch up on everyone's news.
My mother passed away suddenly on Wednesday and I also had a letter from my consultant telling me that I am being referred to a kidney specialist due to impaired kidney function, so all in all it's not a good week (well it hasn't been a good few months).
Take care all. Karen xx
Yeah and I took pity on you. Lol xThey threw me out William said I was to Kn**kered even for them

I'm 45 William but feel more like 60 at moment yeah doctor x is one of the few good docs at our local practice and he has now taken over my care as he said he is concerned how things haven't been going for me so it seams as you say that finally on the up and hopefully some answers soon .Ron, You are still a 'Youngster' (are you not?) So there is hope for you. This other GP that you saw is worth his weight in Gold, hold onto him or her! You obviously had a good night's sleep and it does make a big difference when putting up with constant pain. As I said earlier, it's all onwards from now on for you. (And about time too). William
Heyyyyyy! Welcome back, Karen - it's lovely to hear from you again!Hi everyone, hope you're all doing well. It's good to be back but it'll take me yonks to catch up on everyone's news.

I should imagine so William will have to do something to stop me pulling my hair out from the boredom for next two weeks .@eldergarth - Well lets hope it is not long before you get back to being a young 45 year old again and enjoying life with your young Wife - So now your off work for 2 weeks Ron, shall we see you on the Forum more? Richard is a good, quiet person but gets 'bored' with my talk, he says I talk about everything and nothing! So is out in the garden talking to his beloved plants, I can see him from the window and if I need anything I just ring him on the mobile (but he doesn't always answer it!)William.
You are so in trouble now. ..........I should imagine so William will have to do something to stop me pulling my hair out from the boredom for next two weeks .
What else is there to talk about with the other half we all been there wore the T shirt and ignore the phone now and again (oops that me in trouble with Tina ).
How are getting along now William hope you are healing nicely and not suffering to much .I had a strange one earlier got a mild tremor in my left arm for few min then it just locked up solid from the elbow down for a couple hrs then was fine again so whatever it is I'm suffering with it seems to like the left side of my body ???
Yes it does affect my BG's up a couple of points so in mid 7's to low 8's but will have to see how the long time affect is .@eldergarth - I see Ron you are taking Clonazepam, I googled it and had a quick read and could not see any mention of Diabetes. Just a suggestion - perhaps whilst taking it you could just check your blood sugars a bit more for a couple of days, just to check it doesn't raise your numbers.
I am just taking it easy, was told after the Biopsy not to lift or carry anything heavy for 7 days. Saw my GP on Wednesday and Dressing has been changed to a more waterproof one, which enabled me to start showering again - strip washes are OK, but I never felt clean.
I get the occasional 'twinge' but it's not painful. Only time it is painful is when I roll onto my right side during sleep and it wakes me up.William.
Its called folliculitis.Yes it does affect my BG's up a couple of points so in mid 7's to low 8's but will have to see how the long time affect is .
But could be the antibiotics I'm taking for the skin disease the doc spotted yesterday as well can't think what's its called but been getting these lumps appearing on my arms and legs that get itchy then skin breaks then keeps going round in circles gets itchy skin breaks liquid comes out heals and starts again .
Don't feel much pain any more just numb and pins and needles now and again mainly in my fingers not felt my feet in months
Yeah, I'm up for a trade-in, too. That chimp looks like he gives some excellent cuddles...!@debrasue - Love the picture, wonder where to get one and trade in R for a Chimp! Probably get more fun with the Chimp too!!William x
Hes out of action now. Thanks for that @tina_marie - That's inflammation of the hair follicles and it can lead to spots and boils. Ron needs to exfoliate when in the Shower - you know Tina when I say exfoliate.William x
