Good Morning to all the lovely people on Monday 18th April, 2016, My blood glucose reading this morning was 7.8 Millimoles Per Litre after I consumed a mug of coffee made with 1 x 5 ml spoon of Red Mountain coffee granules, 1 x 5 ml of Coffeemate and 3 x 5 ml spoons of granulated sugar. I administered my 20 mcg of Lixisenatide Glucagon-like peptide injection medication and 1000 mg of Metformin Hydrochloride and all my other prescribed medicines for my essential hypertension, urinary retention and ADHD and my Asperger Syndrome. Yes, the cheese pizza was a takeaway. It was donated to my friend of limited means who often gets little presents from people when she goes begging. I don't beg, but I do smoke tobacco occasionally but I'm making big steps in reducing the amount of roll-ups I smoke in order to prepare for my smoking quit which is coming up soon and I'm attentive to my budget plan from my weekly personal allowance of seventy pounds given to me by my corporate appointee who has enduring power of attorney of my disability benefits. People still abuse me financially sometimes though and that's ongoing but my care coordinator and registered medical officer are monitoring this. I intend to go back to the artificial sweeteners and resume my carb free diet from this moment forward. I ate healthily last night though I had canned tuna, sunflower oil, finely chopped raw red onion, finely chopped raw cucumber, salt and pepper and salad cream and it tasted delicious.
