Got myself a bit 'stressed' in anticipation of seeing the Diabetologist this morning and my blood pressure got slightly raise 171/87 said the Nurse, but, I have been told what a 'Good Boy' I have been in getting my HBA1C down more than expected. In November 2015 it was 64 and today it is 56, my weight remains the same at 12st 10lbs, my total Cholesterol is 3.1 (HDL - 1.1, - LDL - 1.8, - TRIGS - 2.2). Stopped officially from today DAPAGLIFLOZIN. But, continue on 44 Units of Humulin i Insulin and 4 x 500mg Metformin a day. AND have got to test my blood sugars MORE than what I am doing at the moment (3 - 4 times a day at present).But, found out from Dermatology that the Cosentyx Injections causes THRUSH (both Oral and Groin).Time was 1.15pm and I was feeling a bit yuk, only had pack of glucose tablets with me, so we had lunch in Dean's Garden Centre, I had Leek & Brocolli Bake, with chips and garden peas, R had Salad & New Potatoes with his. Then spent a good couple of hours looking around at plants and stuff.
