Good Morning, my awesome, lovely and benevolent friends, I am posting to impart that so far I've been following my new routine, based on the action schedule Siobhan, the psychologist, compiled for me. I awoke at 6:50 ante meridian BST, watched the Christian channel on Revelation on Sky Channel 581 and had a fasting blood glucose level of 6.4 millimoles per litre. Then at 7:15 ante meridian BST I ate a light breakfast of 1 finely sliced tomato wholemeal sandwich made with 2 slices of Sainsbury's Basics 35 p wholemeal bread, a little of the Sainsbury's 60 p soft spread and 1 finely sliced tomato. Then at 8:00 ante meridian BST I orally administered my morning medication, along with my 1 g of metformin and lixisenatide glucagon-like peptide subcutaneous anti-diabetic injection and at 8:15 ante meridian BST I applied my shaving gel to my face and shaved meticulously all the stubble from my face then I ran the shower and adjusted the temperature and stepped underneath it, washing meticulously and thoroughly in all the "nooks and crannies" as my Mum and Dad called them and stepped out and applied Lynx YOU deodorant and brushed my teeth with Colgate Cavity Protection toothpaste and washed my mouth out with Corsodyl mouthwash, the latter which I kept in my mouth for five minutes. Then I watched a bit of my favourite movie on Sky Comedy called Back to the Future II with Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, Thomas F. Wilson, Lea Thompson, Crispin Glover and co-starring Billy Zane, directed by Robert Zemeckis and inspired by Robert Zemeckis and Steven Spielberg. That brings me up to 9:30 ante meridian BST, 2 hours after eating my breakfast at 7:15 ante meridian BST when I took my blood glucose which was a very healthy 4.8 millimoles per litre! At 10:00 ante meridian BST I'll speak to my elderly Dad on Facebook Messenger video call then go out for my walk around the block and eat my lunch at 12:30 post meridian BST and take another walk around the block at 1:30 post meridian BST. Lots of love to you all always and forever from Johnny Baker, a sufferer of Asperger Syndrome xXx.
