Good Morning, my good, special friends on Type 2 Life at 3:24 Ante Meridian, Greenwich Mean Time, today, Sunday 29th October 2017 Anno Domini, 3 hours and 24 minutes after British Summer Time ended and the clocks went back 1 hour, I went to my new GP at my brand new doctor's surgery, and I told him about my feeling unwell with my earache in both ears, my sore throat, and the tender feeling on my scalp below my hair and the achiness in my legs, arms and torso and he put a thermometer in my ear and said I didn't have a temperature, then he shone a light down the back of my throat remarking it was very red, and then in both of my ears commenting that the insides of them were both very red and he diagnosed an ear infection and prescribed some antibiotics called Amoxycillin which I have to take three times a day until they're all gone to clear up the infection. He also asked me if I'm a smoker, and I said yes, I am, very honestly, and he asked me how many cigarettes I smoke in a 24 hour period, and I said, I've never counted them but I approximated my smoking is very variable, sometimes being only 20 and at other times smoking 40-60 a day. I administered an Amoxycillin capsule, initial dose, at 1:00 Post Meridian, British Summer Time, on Saturday 28th October 2017 Anno Domini and also, just now at 3:20 Ante Meridian, Greenwich Mean Time. My fasting blood glucose reading, today, at this time, was 7.0 Millimoles Per Litre, after yesterday eating a bag of microwave heated yorkie puds and a bowl of Paxo sage and onion stuffing and 2 cups of tea with icing sugar (1 teaspoon each cup), and all this was around Ioanna's flat whilst I was waiting for the council locksmith to come and change the lock whilst she was in her psychiatric hospital. In the evening, I had 2 bowls of Weetabix with granulated sweetener and milk. While Ioanna was in the psychiatric hospital having treatment for her psychosis and EUPD, Someone had broken into her key safe and stolen her beautiful flat screen telly, 1 blue ray DVD player, 2 energy saving light bulbs, a table lamp and her burgundy rug. The police are investigating it.
